Rifle Range
The range includes the following features for rifle shooters. (Note: All distances are approximate.)
- Rated for 50 BMG
- Target boards for paper targets at the following ranges.
- 25 meters
- 50 meters
- 100 meters
- 200 meters
- 300 meters
- 400 meters
- 500 meters
- Steel targets at the following distances.
- 100 meter gong
- 200 meter gong and fixed chicken
- 300 meter gong and fixed pig
- 400 meter gong and fixed turkey
- 500 meter gong and fixed ram
- 600 meter gong
- 650 yard gong
- 750 yard gong
- 850 yard gong, buffalo and man silhouette
- 1100 yard gong, and man silhouette
- 1400 yard gong
- 1450 yard gong
- Steel targets for the military shoot, 1'x1' at 10 distances from 100 yards to 600 yards
- Rifle silhouette targets.
- Chickens at 200 meters
- Pigs at 300 meters
- Turkeys at 400 meters
- Rams at 500 meters
- ***During the summer these targets are moved into pistol distances of 50-200 meters. Please do not shoot them with rifles when they are at these distances, as rifles will damage the targets at the closer distances.***
